Delivered through e-learning, 'Learning to Solve' is a European Leonardo de Vinci Project, created to 'develop and validate a friendly training environment for people with disabilities, that will provide them with tools based on new information technologies.' The main aim is to provide people with disabilities with the opportunity to develop permanent and dynamic professional skills helping them to successfully face changes in the workplace.
Led by Fundacion ONCE (Madrid) and in partnership with organisations from Germany, Greece, Spain, Austria and Romania.
TFEI is the only UK partner and are developing e-learning modules in 'Individual Skills Analysis - Strengths and Weaknesses', as part of this 3 year project. 'Learning to Solve' is available in English and Spanish.
